To design and deliver your experience — using information about you and your partner to create your Experience Brief and coordinate all elements of the service.

To communicate with you — scheduling, follow-up questions, and updates related to your engagement.

To send you guides and content — only where you have actively opted in, such as our monthly free guide. You can unsubscribe at any time.

To create anonymised case studies — only where you have separately and explicitly signed our Media and Story Consent Form. Declining this has no effect on your service.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making. All decisions in designing your experience are made by a human.

Milestone Creator does not provide matchmaking, dating, or introduction services of any kind. We work exclusively with clients who bring an existing relationship. We process information about your partner solely to design an experience for them — for no other purpose.

  • Venues, restaurants, and vendors involved in delivering your experience — and only the information genuinely needed (for example, a restaurant receives a reservation name and dietary requirements, not your full personal history)

  • Payment processors, for billing purposes

  • Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) for our own compliance

  • Regulators or law enforcement, where legally required

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
