1. Acceptance

By using the Milestone Creator website or engaging our services, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Milestone Creator provides bespoke experience design services for couples, including:

  • The Intention — one experience or a series, designed end to end

  • The Chapter — a sequence of designed moments across a defined objective or period

  • The Landmark — design and coordination of significant occasions including proposals, weddings, anniversaries, and large celebrations

  • The Legacy — a full year of designed milestones, coordinated and delivered

  • Tailored to You — bespoke engagements for situations that do not fit a standard offer

  • Concierge add-on tasks — such as gift sourcing, flower arrangement, and travel documentation support, where separately agreed

The exact scope and price of any engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. No Matchmaking

Milestone Creator does not provide matchmaking, dating, or introduction services. We work exclusively with clients who have an existing relationship and wish to invest in it. We accept no responsibility for the compatibility or conduct of any individual beyond what is expressly agreed in a specific engagement.

4. Bookings and Payment

Confirmation
An engagement is confirmed once both parties have agreed the scope and the client has paid any required deposit.

Pricing
Pricing is discussed and confirmed privately for each engagement. It is not published publicly.

Deposits and Balance
Where applicable, a deposit is payable upon confirmation, with the balance due as agreed in writing. For Event Planning engagements priced as a percentage of total event cost, the percentage and calculation method are confirmed in writing before the engagement begins.

Cancellation
Cancellation terms are confirmed in writing for each engagement before it begins, as they vary depending on the scope, the vendors involved, and the lead time. In general, cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit. Cancellations made close to a confirmed date may not be eligible for any refund, due to costs and commitments already made on your behalf. If we need to cancel due to circumstances outside our control, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or provide an appropriate remedy.

5. Your Responsibilities

To enable us to design and deliver the best possible experience, you agree to:

  • Provide honest and accurate information about yourself, your partner, and relevant circumstances, to the extent you are comfortable

  • Communicate budget constraints clearly and promptly

  • Respond to requests for information or approvals within a reasonable time

  • Treat venue staff, vendors, and all third parties involved with respect

6. Confidentiality

Everything you share with us is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party except as necessary to deliver the agreed service, or as required by law.

We will only use any element of your experience as a case study, testimonial, or marketing content if you have separately and explicitly signed our Media and Story Consent Form. Declining this will never affect the service you receive.

7. Limitation of Liability

We design and coordinate experiences with great care, but certain elements are outside our direct control — including weather, third-party vendor performance, venue conditions, travel disruptions, and the personal reactions of any individual involved.

We are not liable for the failure of any third-party vendor or venue, though we will make reasonable efforts to select reliable partners and resolve any issues that arise. We are not liable for the outcome of any emotionally significant moment we help design, including a partner's reaction or response.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All Experience Briefs, written designs, and recommendations we create are provided for your personal use in connection with the relevant experience. We retain ownership of our underlying methodology and creative approach, and may reuse general concepts — though never your specific personal information — in designing experiences for other clients.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your engagement applies to that engagement.
